Every once in a while I figure it is time to clean out the toy room. Usually this is an opportunity for me to get rid of the toys that nobody is playing with. That day hasn't happened yet, but I had in mind one box that I was going to donate to a worthy cause. I was a box of the colorful wooden blocks that we picked up a rummage sale a while ago. I think they are great, the problem is they rarely get played with so why keep them...
It seems I waited to long (or just long enough depending on how you look at it). I walked into the toy room today and there the box was... off the shelf with two little boys building creations out of their new found blocks. 
Truthfully I should know better than to get rid of anything related to building in our house. I guess this is one box that will stay on the shelves a bit longer.
